About Us

The Columbines at Elk Run is a development of town homes located in quaint Basalt, Colorado. Situated between the Elk Run subdivision and Basalt Middle School, the Columbines are comprised of twelve four-unit buildings surrounded by large green lawns and tall trees. The first units went up in 1989 and the final phase was complete by 1991. Columbine owners have raised families and retired here tucked into some of Colorado’s most beautiful scenery.
